Rules and Regulations
- Applicants must submit their entries by registering online.
- No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event Promoters.
- Before sending in your application, please check if you:
- Have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form.
- Have paid the requisite application fees.
- Have agreed to the ‘entry rules and guidelines’ in the application form.
- Have met the minimum age eligibility criteria of the event. - Your application will not be accepted if any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatories.
- Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
- If you do not receive any intimation from the race office, please contact our event helpline number +91-9829687996 or email at info.jodhpurmarathon@gmail.com.
- All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come at Expo in order to collect their running kit. No running kit will be posted to individual mailing addresses.
- Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.
- You have to collect your Kit from the BIB Expo. No kit distribution will be done on the race day.
- It is mandatory to show the confirmation mail at the counter while collecting your Race Day Kit.
- Finishers of all race categories will be able to download e-certificate with finish time, from the SK Jodhpur Marathon website one week after the event.
- Your registration is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.
- Event Promoters reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the SK Jodhpur Marathon at any point in time.
- Confirmation of applications received will be subject to Entry Rules & Regulations given herein.
- The right to participate in the event & the rights and benefits available to an applicant is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters and organizers and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
